Stoyan is Founder and CEO of Wisdom. He began his tech career in 1996, co-founding a start-up in German. He co-founded or was part of 6 other tech start-ups in Europe and the US and also held leadership positions in general management, product, technology, business development, and marketing at Intuit, Plastiq, Quicken, LendingClub, Amdocs, and KPNQwest. Stoyan earned a master's in Computer Science and Financial Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. He hold patents in mobile tech, payments, and identity management.

Ashley Bond, Co-Founder & Chief Dental Billing Officer at Wisdom, leads our billing team, focusing on innovative solutions and training for enhanced service quality and efficiency. Previously, Ashley founded Bond Dental Billing, where she developed a nationwide billing service from her initial experience in her father's dental practice. Ashley is a proud member of the ASCA, SCN, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and excellence in the dental billing community. Ashley is passionate about continuing education in the dental community, and contributes in both editorial, and speaking capacities.

Aditya leads Product and Design at Wisdom, guiding the strategy behind the company’s AI-powered revenue cycle platform and next-generation automation agents for dental practices. Before Wisdom, he led multi-team product organizations at Jobber, Plastiq, PayPal, and Electronic Arts, bringing deep experience in launching and scaling 0→1 products across fintech, vertical SaaS, and applied AI. Aditya holds a master’s degree from UC Berkeley, where he focused on machine learning and human–computer interaction.

Adrian is the Head of Engineering at Wisdom, where he leads development of the product and platform that power Wisdom’s AI-driven revenue cycle management and optimization for dental practices. Before joining Wisdom, Adrian led teams at GlossGenius, building fintech tools used by over 100,000 small businesses, and previously led teams focused on Growth Engineering at Square and AI Matching at Indeed. His career has focused on building and scaling software for small businesses, helping them manage money, operations, and growth more efficiently.

Courtney Roberts serves as Head of Operations at Wisdom, bringing nearly two decades of executive experience in optimizing dental operations and revenue cycle strategy. Throughout her career, she has designed and executed award-winning initiatives that have enhanced client experiences, streamlined operational processes, and delivered significant improvements in retention and revenue across leading industry organizations. Known for her expertise in building high-performing teams and scaling operations with precision, Courtney combines visionary leadership with a focus on long-term organizational success and transformative growth.

Colleen is Head of Sales at Wisdom, bringing years of leadership experience in healthcare technology with both established industry leaders and startups. Most notably, she led commercial teams at Optum and Zocdoc, helping to build strong customer relationships while driving outsized growth. Colleen holds a BA from the Tulane University Celia Scott Weatherhead School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.

Brian is Head of Growth at Wisdom, helping us connect with more dental practices and introduce a better approach to insurance collections and billing. Brian has spent his entire career in the dental industry, building marketing programs at 1-800-DENTIST, Lighthouse 360, Henry Schein One, and Zocdoc. The common thread in all has been supporting the business needs of dentists and their teams, enabling them to grow while staying focused on patient care. Brian holds a BA in Communication Studies from California State University, Northridge.
